Creamy & Flavorful Corn Appetizer

Mexican-Style Corn Dip is a creamy, cheesy dip with sweet corn, a touch of spice, and fresh herbs. Perfect as a snack, appetizer, or side for chips, tacos, or grilled dishes.


🧾 Ingredients (Serves 4–6)

  • 2 cups cooked corn kernels (fresh, frozen, or roasted)
  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 small red bell pepper, finely diced
  • 1 small jalapeño, minced (optional)
  • 1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • Optional Yumino Twist: 2–3 tbsp Yumino Almonds or Cashews, chopped

👩‍🍳 How to Make

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) if baking.
  2. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar, corn, bell pepper, jalapeño, and cilantro in a bowl.
  3. Season with salt and black pepper.
  4. Transfer mixture to a small baking dish.
  5. Top with optional chopped Yumino nuts for crunch.
  6. Bake 15–20 minutes until heated through and slightly golden on top.
  7. Serve warm with tortilla chips or crackers.
