Naturally sweet, chewy Yumino Dried Mango slices melt into the sauce and create a rich tropical glaze.
🧾 Ingredients (Serves 2–3)
- 2 beef steaks (ribeye or sirloin)
- 1 cup Yumino Dried Mango, chopped
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- ½ tsp chili flakes
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt & black pepper
👩🍳 How to Make Mango Steak
- Soak chopped dried mango in warm water for 15 minutes. Drain.
- Blend mango with soy sauce, honey, vinegar, garlic and chili flakes until smooth.
- Season steaks with salt & pepper.
- Grill or pan-sear steaks until desired doneness.
- Melt butter in pan, pour mango sauce and simmer 3–4 minutes until thick and glossy.
- Slice steak and drizzle mango glaze on top.
