🧾 Ingredients (Serves 3–4)

  • 2 cups basmati rice
  • 1 cup Jumbo Turkish Apricots, halved
  • ¼ cup slivered almonds or pistachios, toasted
  • 1 tbsp butter or ghee
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp cardamom
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 cups water or vegetable broth
