This Mango Steak recipe is a bold and juicy gourmet main dish made with Yumino Dried Mango. Tender steak slices are coated in a glossy sweet–spicy mango glaze that perfectly balances heat, sweetness, and savory umami flavor.

Naturally sweet, chewy Yumino Dried Mango slices melt into the sauce and create a rich tropical glaze.


🧾 Ingredients (Serves 2–3)

  • 2 beef steaks (ribeye or sirloin)
  • 1 cup Yumino Dried Mango, chopped
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt & black pepper

👩‍🍳 How to Make Mango Steak

  1. Soak chopped dried mango in warm water for 15 minutes. Drain.
  2. Blend mango with soy sauce, honey, vinegar, garlic and chili flakes until smooth.
  3. Season steaks with salt & pepper.
  4. Grill or pan-sear steaks until desired doneness.
  5. Melt butter in pan, pour mango sauce and simmer 3–4 minutes until thick and glossy.
  6. Slice steak and drizzle mango glaze on top.
