🧾 Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • 500 g lamb, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup Fig, halved
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ground nutmeg
  • ½ tsp ground allspice (optional)
  • Salt & black pepper
  • 2 cups beef or vegetable broth
  • ¼ cup toasted almonds or pine nuts
  • Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish

  1. Sauté Aromatics: Heat olive oil in a heavy pot. Sauté onions and garlic until soft and golden.
