🧾 Ingredients (Serves 3–4)
- 2 cups basmati rice
- 1 cup Jumbo Turkish Apricots, halved
- ¼ cup slivered almonds or pistachios, toasted
- 1 tbsp butter or ghee
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp cardamom
- Salt to taste
- 3 cups water or vegetable broth
- Optional: a few strands of saffron for aroma and color
