To help protect your order from heat, we recommend selecting a delivery address where the package can be received quickly and kept in a cool place. We carefully pack all chocolates and candies to ensure they leave our facility in perfect condition. However, we cannot be held responsible for any heat-related damage that may occur during transit and are unable to offer refunds or replacements in such cases.

You can buy YUMINO products directly from our online store at www.yuminofoods.ca. Most products are available in various sizes and packages.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please email us immediately at info@yuminofoods.ca — ideally within 1 hour of placing your order. Include your order number, full name, and the correct shipping address so we can update it as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, we do not have a physical store or pick-up location. All orders are processed online and shipped directly to you by mail.
